@@abdelrahmanbondok1761 Algorithms and Data Structure Bootcamp is where someone can learn on how to solve coding problems, example of it are reverse a string, count character, count unique values in an array, decode string, determine if a password is weak or strong and soon. On data structure part you will learn linked lists, stacks, queues, binary search trees, heaps and graphs.

I just completed the Mastering CSS Grid. Wow! I understood the basics of CSS Grid... now I really understand CSS Grid in full. A must do.
@yaycupcake11 ай бұрын
Very happy to see this come in to existence, and free nonetheless. I'm already quite familiar and comfortable with Grid, but I know MANY people who barely even try to learn even basic CSS these days, let alone more "advanced" features such as (but not limited to) Grid. The whole "skip HTML/CSS/vanilla JS and go straight to React, what could possibly go wrong?" mindset, you know. And then I try to explain why you can't just *do that* because you won't be able to understand what you're doing under the hood and thus won't be able to do anything custom... Then they end up using CSS frameworks as a crutch (as opposed to as a helpful tool). IMO, the more people who are able to become familiar with CSS Grid in the world, the better.

In the Web Development Course on Udemy there is no CSS Grid section although there is Bootstrap Grid explained quite explicitly. Which one of those should I use. Or maybe there's room for both?

Hey Colt, my complete understanding of HTML, CSS and JS is thanks to you. So from the bottom of my heart a massive thank you. However, I have one question: Is it still beneficial to delve deeper into front-end development, considering the existence of tools like Figma that enable the creation of entire pages through their Developer Mode playground? (Maybe you can address this in your weekly tips section).
@RodrigoDAgostino11 ай бұрын
Figma’s developer mode (which was actually just announced yesterday) is not much more than a quick access to code extracted from graphic elements. The actual work that a frontend developer puts on is way much more than what something like Figma can offer :)

Thank you so much Colt. A few nitpicks: one can't return to the home page (to sign up to your email list after first looking around) from either the tutorial or tips page. The image shows a man, presumably you, with a sausage or something near his mouth. Did you intend it to be a not so subliminal msg of oral male sex? If not, you might want to change it.
