@zenex1741 Yeah, one auditor at a DMV pointed out that if he was up to no good, he wouldn't likely be so open about filming. More likely, he'd have a discreet camera on his hat, or, maybe on his lapel-or, suppose he had a photographic memory? He STILL wouldn't be breaking the law if he saw "sensitive information," if, and ONLY if, he used that information would he be breaking the law. The DMV, post office, medical facility, whatever WOULD be breaking the law in that circumstance, because it's incumbent upon THEM to keep the private information of their customers private. If they were REALLY so concerned about that privacy, there's an easy solution: turn your computer monitors/screens where the public can't see it, but, they don't wanna hear THAT, just like a lotta cops get upset when auditors film the left open computer screen in the cop's car. Odd how they "forget" that the "plain view" doctrine works BOTH ways.

Internet amazing how mad they get. When you're exercising your rights and you won't do what they want you to do, they get so mad, they take it so personal. Do they not realize if they would handle the situation lawfully, politely and professionally, there would be no one getting upset, including them. Getting mad or upset does not solve anything or help the situation in any way. I thought these guys had training on something called deescalation, what they need to do is train the officers, how to deescalate themselves, because they're the ones that seems to have the problem, what deescalation.
