Everything Zeff taught him was courtesy, basic human knowledge and what to expect from others, and regards relating strictly to The Baratie. Anything else was unimportant in Sanji's field of work, since he was planning to stay to pay a debt back to Zeff before Luffy and the others arrived. Long story short, Zeff wouldn't tell the kid that, + if he did, who could blame Sanji for believing him? Zeff was one of the first to show him genuine parental care ( Not saying Sora didn't but yk. ), and not to mention, he was a kid. It's only natural he'd believe someone like that

I really wish they fixed Sanji’s character. Him simpin over women is because he never had a good male figure in his life until Zeff. This makes him glorify women, on top of how Zeff kicked how to be chivalrous into him. I thought Whole Cake was supposed to be him coming to terms with glorification of women with the main antagonist, Big Mom, probably being the worst human being ever. Like his banter with Pudding was good, sometimes still floored by her beauty but didn’t get his ass killed and was still able to work and make the cake. Only other time I really thought it was good post Whole Cake was him and Robin in Wano when Black Maria, boi never even asked Zoro for help, then the character development to ask Robin. *Chef’s Kiss Oda* But damn he really be simpin after new girls in the damn newspaper immediately after Whole Cake, that shit pissed me off. Hopefully he’ll move away and get some self respect like he did with his raid suit and getting over his family PTSD.

@@keok7934 I actually like that he doesn’t hit women. That’s the part he learned from Zeff, a far better father figure. The simping should’ve stopped after Whole Cake. He simps not because of Zeff but because he put women on a unrealistic pedestal due to his abuse at home and only love he received was from his mother and sister. Whole Cake was the introduction of the biggest female antagonists in Big Mom and Pudding. Honestly what Pudding said hurt him so much it should’ve pulled down that pedestal, not, “All woman bad” attitude but more of a “I love women, but they’re still humans, not always angels”. Wano did a good with it in the battle with Black Maria and Queen. He was trying to save a lady because he thought she was gonna be r*ped, then Zeff’s rule of not hitting women didn’t let him fight Black Maria and was mentally destroying him when he thought he hit the woman Queen did, forcing him to find his self confidence and sense of purpose. Also the Black Maria was another great character moment for him because Sanji isn’t a character who asks for help, especially if he thinks it puts women in danger. Calling Robin shows he really trusts her and the crew, on top of that Robin gets to repay Sanji for when she asked for help back in Enis Lobby. Then the interaction they had was cute because Sanji finally got some truly deserved acknowledgment from Robin in that department. The simping in small amounts is fine. But oogling over a picture of the Vivi in the paper right after getting off Whole Cake was kinda a slap in the face. Also everything that’s kinda happening now in the manga on EggHead where he’s literally acting like a dog for a girl.

I feel like this needs to be said; Gohan's NOT a fighter. He never enjoyed the fights to the death like Goku and Vegeta did. Sparring, yes. A fight where lives were on the line? In multiple fights like that (Nappa, Frieza and Cell(Before he crushed Number 16's head)) He either froze, was scared, or was hesitant. Piccolo said it best in the Cell Games. Ergo, Chi-Chi didn't turn Gohan into a nerd. Gohan was a nerd from the very beginning.
