My actual first thought was that you shouldn't assume why a person is Vegan, Vegetarian, or Pescatarian. I know a number of people who can't eat most meat and tend towards a Vegan diet because of Crohn's Disease because otherwise they get violently sick.

Totally agree, even my grandma prefers certain meat and dairy alternatives just because the real thing bothers her stomach a lot. I’ve found that a lot of vegans get more creative with their meals and put more care into spices, herbs, taste, and texture. I myself am not vegan and love cheese and medium rare steaks (not together, lol), but my sibling is vegan and they’re a much better cook than I am. Tofu and other vegan proteins are delicious and I’ll often opt for vegan and vegetarian options like tofu and paneer respectively due to the lovely consistency they have. You never have to worry about gristle, nasty globs of fat, or disgusting connective tissue. I really appreciate that as someone with a lot of texture issues

As a vegetarian, I know that some of us are pretty annoying, but not everyone is the same just because we eat the same! I don't go to people's houses expecting them to make me a 5 star meal that is made with limited ingredients. If I have to, sure, I'll eat some fish or eggs. But bringing so much hate on a major group of people just because someone did something, that's pretty messed up!

So im a vegetarian but probably not for the reason you think, most people think its because of the killing of animals, i mean yes its kind of bad but with out it they would overpopulate. I just dont like the taste of meat, yes people dont know how. But what really annoys me is some people dont know the difference between vegans and vegetarians. Not saying this guy does not know, im not talking about him. But it really gets on my nerves when people dont know the difference.
