Annual Harvest Day at Olive Hill Sabina 2024

One of the most amazing experiences anyone living in an olive producing zone can have. Here in Sabina, we have carbon dated proof of olive oil production (the Flask of Poggio Sommavilla now in the Boston museum of fine Arts) that goes back 2700 years... and the tradition is obviously older. It is tough tough work but there is something truly magic about it.
