It’s been a couple of years and boy oh boy has this beauty come into her own!
It took me, Cullen, Mel, Kevin, Gordon, Greg, Hailey, and our Clients to dial her in.
Many hands make light work.
We had so much fun.
Be sure to tune in tomorrow for a tour of the new “Camille’s Garden” along the side of the property.

I live a few streets over from this installation and ALWAYS swing around the block to gawk at this garden's beauty! I have learned a lot just watching it grow. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! My young daughter is so tempted to touch and play but there is something about the space that makes her show reverence and keep her hands to herself (mom's watchful eye as well!). Bummed I didn't walk by on a day you and the DFS team were working your magic. Great work you guys!

I do get how your maintenance included dialing back some plants and overgrowth using "RESTRAINT" in what you put back. I get so many tips and lessons from your maintenance videos regarding resetting, moving, pruning, adding, and subtracting plants depending on their microclimate success. Fascinating and artful. Cheers to your team DFS digging up, pruning, resetting, and fulfilling your fine tooth-combing excellent perfectionist professional standards. Love the before and after video views so we can imagine our own edits as we learn from yours. The new pot in front of the "beach" with the coppery fire glass is so good, as is the original trigona standing in the milii.

What a piece of heaven there . Great job Laura and company ! Absolutely love that large black leaved Mangave at the top of the mound near the corner where the street sign is. Am lusting after one of those 🙂Recently received an order of 14 plants from Planet Desert near Fallbrook, Ca. Great plants but will be years before they reach impressive size. Hope I live that long. I have a Queen Vic. Regina agave that is close to 25 years old. I live in Wis. so plants only get about four months of outdoors every summer. Had health issues and the poor thing sat in basement without water or light for nearly two years 😞At least two thirds of the bottom is dried and black but the top still has some color. Took it outside a couple weeks ago for rehab on a covered porch. Afraid to water it too much. If it shows any sign of growth before frost in fall, I am wondering if I should pull it out of the pot and cut the roots off if they are dead. How much trunk would you leave to hope for re-rooting ? I am at a loss as to what to do to possibly save it ! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated THANKS in advance.
