Hello! First, I want to say thank you sir for your informative videos. Aspiring organic farmer here. Pwede po ba malaman kung ano dapat iconsider on choosing scopes for organic farming. Quail egg raisers kami kaya lang yung farm malayo sa bahay namin. Next next brgy pa. So we are planning po sana ng fruits. We have already papaya na ang ang variant is mahahaba. I need more consideration po sana on choosing which scopes ang imamaster namin. Sana po mapansin.

Pwede po bang maconsider as 3rd party din ang PGS? sa kadahilanang may OCB na mag cecertify sa farmer na hindi kasama sa coregroup or OCB? Nasaan na po ang Consumer sa degree nang pagpapatunay na organiko ang prodokto? Alin po ba ang tama kaya? 1st degree - Farmer, na alam nya mismo sa sarili nya na organikong tunay ang tanim nya. 2nd degree - Consumer, na alam kung saan galing na farm ang produkto at sigurado sya na ---------------------kilala nya ang farmer na totoong organik farmer, may tiwala sya dito. 3rd party - mga certification body na nag cecertify outside the farmer and consumer relation na nag tatatak na tunay at certified ang produkto. kung ang OCB is certifying body kahit na sila ay farmers din pwede bang 3rd party din sila kung tawagin? Congrats sa pagtatapos nyo nang TOT on PGS. Sana matulungan din ang small PGS CORE GROUP sa pag sisimula nang OCB. mahirap kasi sa maliliit na farmer group na makasimula sa kadahilanang walang support sa ngayon ang government. eh alam naman nating mahirap maging certifying body gaya nang mga ginagawa nang Third party personnel gaya nang OCCP etc. madaming papel na aasikasohin na mawawalan nang oras ang small farmer OCB sa kanilang mga farms. 1. no. hnd 3rd party and pgs gawa ng scope ng kaya nitong icertify. at most ang pgs provincial wide lng. ang 3rd party OCB ay nationwide ang scope. 2. ung consumer, pwede maging member ng OCB ng PGS pero hindi sya pwede sa core group kase ang core group dapat farm owners. pwede sya pumasok as one of the committee heads ng PGS. wla namang alam sa production at sa standards ang consumer kya producers tlga dapat ang core group although pde parin sila pumasok sa PGS management 3. ung 1 at 3 tama. thank u po sa inyong comments at totoo na mahirap po tlga bumuo ng ocb at pgs. funded po ng ATI at regional DA itong training namin at full support naman po sila samin hanggang ngyon so bka kelngan nyo lng makipag coordinate sa inyong local ATI and DA offices pra sa support.

@@theagrillenial Thank you for the reply sir Ren. atleast po mas clear na kahit kasi sa TOT PGS namin last time eh di rin clear madami pa daw kasing kaylangan repasohin. Goodluck po and more power sainyo. pls continue inspiring us sa pag tataguyod nang organikong pag sasaka. hopefully makapasa na kami with GAPPA PGS dito sa Camsur for the Pre-Inspection nang BAFS this October. sana makavisit ka din sa bicol! ingat po lagi.

good morning Kuya, Great video looks like a great workshop you are doing here :) I'm an expat in the philippines and organice grower, I work on growing lettuces on the ground using Jadam microbes and JLF+ uine and wood ashes, and the lettuces looks gorgeous but they are bitter, would you have any idea how i could correct the issue? I don't use a shade net but i grow them in a shade house, I know you are a real expert and i really need help to fix this issue; i grow green ice invicta as a variety, Thanks for your time answering me have a blessed day

what time of the day do you harvest them? avoid harvesting lettuce during the middle of the day. either early morning or late afternoon only but morning is better.
