Hi, sir. I'm currently 5 months pregnant. My Anomaly scan was Monday, which shows there is a bilateral choroid plexus cyst in my baby's head. right ventricle measured 7.8 mm and left measured 8 mm. Scanning doctor suggested doing a NIPT test to confirm it. In some cases it might disappear in the next scan. Im very tensed and mentally absent. But my doctor also mentioned there is nothing to worry about and that I don't need to do any tests because, regardless of the outcome, we would not give up our baby. He advised against rushing to know the results. Instead, he suggested not to worry, to pray, think positively, and to repeat the test after 4 weeks to analyze the growth of the cyst. What should I do? Is this a problem? Will my baby be affected by any kind of disease? please reply

Unilateral ventriculomegaly less than 10 mm (comes under isolated mild ventriculomegaly )most of them disappear or reduce in size as the baby grows .so we can wait and do further follow up scans ..may I know whether u have done triple /quadruple test ?..

Abberant right subclavian artery is seen in 2-3 percent of babies ,most of them remain asymptomatic ,very rarely after birth they may present with some swallowing related symptoms ... Intracardiac echogenic focus is due to calcium deposits .. Both needs further followup and no need to worry ,kindly followup with your doctor
