It's a bug, happened to me as well, I think it has something to do with shunko, what I did to fix it is blue pill and roll for the hakuda weapon I want with hollow/spirit boxes then use ur manual or shunko

@kisekirigaya50 for me it was quincy dummies and formless I purple pulled used formless and started to roll with hollow boxes which is prollyoll which caused it

Ngl everything in the game is braindead, every skill tree has something broken that people will complain about same thing with every race having a busted shikai/partial/schrift, and tbh you're just not getting a perfectly balanced type soul ever, if triple A games and long standing pvp games like league can't do it then a roblox dev team is even a bigger shot in the dark. Just hoping they fix the bugs and optimize the game and I'll be happy personally.
