Looks so yum. You look very tired. I cook garlic in a different way. Fry the garlic and red onions and then make a thick spicy curry. That too is tasty. I will try your method very soon. Tc gbu Anoma

Hi. Anoma. Looks like Jack curry. Looks. Soooo. Yammie. Never try.. such garlic white and Red curry. Thank you for sharing. Love you cooking. Keep posting. Best wishes.
Can you pls tell me the ingredients in English especially the Masala powders, pastes used? White liquid is coconut milk or butter milk?

For the white curry Garlic, Fenugreek, cinnamon, srilankan curry powder, black pepper, turmeric, onions, green chili, curry leaves, pandan leaves and salt. It's first boiled with not so thick coconut milk extract(that means the second extract) and finally she adds the thick coconut milk extract. For the other curry she adds roasted curry powder and chilli powder. Along with a bit of tamarind she says you can use tomatoes instead. If you're not a vegetarian she recommends adding maldivefish. This is also boiled with coconut milk.
