This rocks! Love the art style too. I had no idea what this show was except that it was one of the rare shoujo anime to come out in the late-2010s not connected to an older franchise.

The anime is called "Anonymous noise". This song is from the rival band called "Silent black kitty". The main protagonist's band is called "In no hurry to shout". The anime is really good. The songs especially are simply amazing.
