I am a Bangladeshi Hindu. When our relatives and friends were persecuted because of their religious beliefs, they fled to India from then East Pakistan in 1947 and later in 1971, during the formation of Bangladesh. However, the situation remains dire. Instead of addressing the issue, the authorities continue to suppress our voices-arresting #ChinmoyPrabhu under a non-bailable act. This demonstrates a refusal to either abolish the law or ensure peaceful coexistence for Hindus in Bangladesh.

Babri is just one example, and it was built by demolishing a temple anyway. What happened with Babri was not correct, it should have been conducted in a more peaceful and social way for sure. But Waqf needs to be regulated as well. Also, there is no such overarching rule that a temple or a board can step in between two parties and claim the land as its own. This is what happens when people try to please one community alone in the name of secularism and vote bank.

"I also don't agree when someone's sneatches lands of poor people , in Islam we don't have permission this" My blanket concern here with all religions is - why do you need to refer to the respective religious book in this case ? Snatching land from anyone should be illegal , regardless of religion/caste/faith/opinion etc. The rule of the land, the constitution, should prevail over all religions. Especially when it causes discomfort to someone other than oneself. I don't need a book to tell me this, it should automatically come from empathy and common sense. But I do agree with your overall sentiment and if possible, you should be allowed to present a logical argument as to where we are committing a mistake in analyzing the actions of Waqf board. The way I see it is that the board members are using these powers to line their own pockets with money, but not pushing for greater societal reforms in the Muslim community as a whole. I might be wrong , so if you are interested, do explain to us your view as well.

@rambot670 I also agree , it is common thinking , occupying anyone's land illegally is not right , keeping religions and religious books aside , but I got irritated from this youtuber how he showed waqf , he took only side only showing facts in opposing favour of waqf , if he currently has 1 or 2 lakh followers it is his job to educate them give them knowledge rather than to make false emotions in one's mind , his thinking and explaining process should be neutral , I also know how muslims earn lakhs in the name of islam creating bad image , let me clarify this , in islam there is no evidence of astans I mean when some sufi dies creating shine like dargah on him it is strictly prohibited , even our prophet Mohammad pubh his grave if we look is complete plain when a personality like him , when prophet doesn't like this , to make shrines to make dargahas on graves so who r these molanas and peers , jo ye sab dawa kr rahay ha...I know brother in islam muslims have created very bad reputation , and making islam and dargahs as a source of income really disgusting, it is not a matter of waqf , if it is any issue we should be neutral , we shouldnt create sides in first place

Unlike Temples and other religious institutions (churches, monasteries etc.) apart from Waqf, government does not earn a single rupee from mosques. 2. But, in spite of not being taxed all the strictly Muslim-only members of Waqf board are paid from the public ex-chequer. 3. (8:06) Only Waqf properties are granted special status and properties belonging to other religions are not granted any such special status. 4. Are the lease and Rent money from Waqf properties are being used to erase forest land and create mosques ? If these points are answered, with proper logical justification, then I believe there would be no cause for division or dispute. But if these points are true and complete, then I am afraid it is not this video which is creating the discrimination against Waqf board...
