Rimuru is weaker than Anos at this point. But if the battle actually happened if Anos didn’t end the battle quickly or Rimuru can avoid a deadly attack for a while. I’m sure Rimuru will gradually get stronger more until it’s equal to Anos and will continue to outperform form absorbing abilities and creating new skills to defeat opponents. Rimuru’s strength isn’t destructive powers. It’s the ability to grow infinitely. But if Anos know he’s dangerous and end the battle quickly Anos will win but if Anos keep playing with Rimuru without rushing to end Rimuru will win. My Fav Isekai Power Fantasy would be Instant Death just because of how it deconstructs the whole Isekai Genre and the concept of Lucky or Chosen Protagonist that luckily/blessed to get the Overpowered ability which Takatou is far from. Not a fan of Power Fantasy Genre with the random MC suddenly got OP ability out of pure luck. Slime is one of the verses that I dislike, Wild Boss as well. But correction, Slime has like 3 seasons (1&2 and Diary). According to the battle wiki, it puts him at 2-A, which is understandable because they are not sure if each layer transecnds the other, but there is actual proof. It legitimately says that each layer is in another dimension than the other. Strenght, speed, durability, magic, order everything even matter is wayy more powerful. But the battle wiki devs say they want more proof . Because each layer views the layer lower than it as a shallow/insignificant world. In fact, there a more layers than 99+ because there is a world a certain king lives in (I forgot the name) that can only be seen if you are in the 99th layer of the silver sea. So there is confirmed 99 layers but there is also more layers so Anos could be scaled to High 1B aka High-Hyperversal.

Rimuru can create an infinite amount of multiverses as far as I've read in the LN and that alone makes him 2-A multiverse level+ and I haven't even finished the LN yet in fact not only that, the LN itself hasn't ended yet so he's probably gonna get even stronger which means 2-A multiverse level+ is the minimum estimation of his power level, not only that Rimuru can counter concept manipulation which is what Venezudonoa is and to some extent possesses concept manipulation himself, not on par with something like Venezudonoa but he can create new skills out of thin air and give them to himself. rimuru got Raphael by luck and anos had grown on his own he was strong even before he was born he protected his mother and was able to resist some power of graham while he was in his mother's womb and rimuru died by someone stabbing him and by luck or fate got Raphael (the biggest reason rimuru became so strong and without Raphael probably at best might of gotten power on par with (not true ) demon lord in the series)

But compared to the Skill Ciel, Anos lose in the term that Ciel is Nigh-Omniscient while Anos is Extraordinary Genius. A bit unfair because Rimuru got that intelligence because of Ciel while Anos is because he is gifted being a genius.

Well story development is quite good in tensura Ln bcoz the author only wants to focus on the storyline the characters are normally not meant to be super overpowered unlike other series which only focus on haxs and skills
