Another Angela Overpower Passive Many People Doesn't Know About This Passive

I don't really putting damage on her. Here's my build. Max Support Emblem (Increases Self Healing) , Focus Mark (For Allies) , MSPD (compliments her passive) , Pull Yourself Together (for battle spell) FT (Ulti CD) , Glowing Wand (Anti heal and shield) , Oasis (Compliments Healing and Ulti Shield) , Oracle (Increases Self Healing and Oasis effect, Mana/Heal Boots, Frozen (for Safety Ulti Escape) I used flicker most of the time.

If not mid ,i hate this Roaming type of angela which takes away the Gold

In short angela is basically hilda and silvannan as support hero

Mage Build Can be (Assasin Emblem) Cdr Build CDboots,Talisman,Glowing Wand,Lantern Niche:Ice Queen,Genius Wand,Devine Glaive,Sky piercer etc. Penetration is Good but Cd is a bit off and you need to find how to implement Assasin have a Penetration stats Arcane Boots,Genius Wand and Devine Glaive is a Perfect Penetration Maximiziation with Rupture Thats leaves open to 3 items that could be much on Cd Fleeting Time on its own will only supplement CD of ultimate and not skills Combining Glowing wand,Talisman 20%,Lantern 10% have only 30% Ignoring Glowing Wand and Rely on team anti regen uou can add Fleeting Time instead and thats a 15% reduction resulting to 45% Cdr plus Full pen Maximize.
