Working a honey hole alone seems to be getting harder and harder. I know it is for me. I know its nice to share with friends, makes for good videos. Hi Jim, was this after the bigger storms we’ve had? I think you’re right about that cross being 24K. But any gold is good gold. When I first started detecting 40 or so years ago I used to sell all of my gold finds. Now I think what I would have had if I had kept them. I’d have a pile on top of the 30 years of finds since then. lol. Best of luck… John

My hunt time is based on conditions as I hunted almost everyday in January but Feb only a few times because conditions were not that good. On work days I only have a few hours in the afternoon to hunt but on days off if the conditions are good I will hunt 6 to 8 hours on average. great answer, Thank you! 😎👍
