@@dancingfirefly7761 Cause they're viciously competative and territorial. They will always try to attack the competition to remove that threat. They also get rid of their young if there isn't enough food or it isn't developed enough.

Not true. They will kill eachothers siblings and seeing theres only two of them they problaby killed the third one already. Storks are bastards and the love bs with them having a partner for life is purely just advantagious to them. Most birds are like this

@@magnipettersson4432 thats actually false, bird are prbably some of the strongest when it comes to relationships. stronger than humans in many species to a point were it pretty much becomees rule for them to be mates for life. however storks are truly unique in there coldness, they kill siblings who dont work in best, intruders do so, and even the parents attack. heck that stork there COULDVE been there parents just wanting to get it over with.

@@dr.menyac6499 Mistaking non predatory bird behavior for predatory bird behavior...... storks are not unique this is common amongst predatory birds. you clearly didnt study animals for a degree because this is a common practice among predatory birds eagles, falcons, hawks, owls all do the same thing its not unique. also mistaking mating bonds for that of sibling bonds seems like you dont know what you are talking about at all because predatory birds this is normal behavior.

@@darthrevan7923 tf are you on about? i mentioned nothing about that, storks ARE unique for there coldness compared to relation and usually will go extra lengths other preditory birds wont. ESPECIALLY eagles., eagles dont usually take there offspring unless its past cycles. that and its TRUE that stork parents often will be more aggressive, storks are alot more aggressive and unprovoked. its not just predetory birds in your arguement, its all birds dumbass. every heard of cow birds? i made an arguement about storks standing out from other bird relationships- lots of species do indeed mate for life and storks are far less thoughful of children, this isnt true for owls NOR eagles- unless complications, they give there young fair time before moving from the nest. i dont know were your arguement is coming from, ive studied biology my whole life- read context before opening your mouth, and dont try to SOUND smart by catagorizing well known animal behaviors to a specific type of bird, tf u talking about- rabbits kill there offspring if they feel threatened, chickadees abandon nests, harpy eagles give there chicks a set time before abandoning or letting siblings kill it. your not special, and devalueing other peoles knowledge to make yourself feel better cus you cant understand context is a shit move. next time you come in so 'chest puff', get your ass in check and spit something good- not what your gears were turnin up there.

@@dr.menyac6499 no I just pointed out the obvious flaws in your comment. It clearly triggered your fragile ego. You were replying to another comment right? Which was talking about the sibling often killing others. You brought up mate bonding in a comment about siblings offing others which is common in storks and other predatory birds. Cowbirds are not predators they are parasitic different nature so don't try and conflate the 2. I am on point your jumping around in a fluster. The original comments point you said was false is not true so be mad 😄
