What worked for me is DO NOT open the camera right after pressing W and Space, instead wait a little bit but not too long. Hope this helps somebody out! I spent so long figuring this out.

This is a very old glitch found few years ago for single player, in online it is more complicated and very few people use it

for quick/constantly photo timing is when everytime your character put the phone back into the pockets and then you must open the apps

For console: Take cover + Double Tap Up on D-Pad Spam close phone, then forward and climb inputs. Double up on D-Pad again, BUT DON'T SPAM CLOSE YOUR PHONE. You want it to stay in the bottom right, so just back out of the camera but keep the phone at the bottom. You will have to open the camera everywhere 2 seconds through the phone itself, so basically, don't double tap up from here on out. You can change your controller layout so that your sprint button is different from your open/select button. That way, you can sprint everywhere as well. Hope this helps.

pro tip, use standard fps 2 controller layout so you can still run whilst doing this, I tap R1/RB to run instead and its much easier, you can also use right thumbstick and look whilst sprinting without playing with claw grip

Was suffering for 30 minutes trying desperately to do this and after that time I figured out you have to have NO WEAPON equiped, just your hands, for this to work, in the end now I get it first or second try

@@user-vk5ty7ds5b ohh okay so the mechanic is simple, the reason we use the phone camera while taking cover, its to delay the jumping animation, so when we take cover, then quickly open the camera, then close it, then press W and Space Bar on the ledge, our character won't jump because we still on closing phone animation. so to further delay the jumping into the location we desire, keep opening and closing the phone like in the video, if we didn't open a camera for longer than 2 second, our character finally do the delayed jump we intended to do in the ledge sorry if my english are wrong or hard to understand, english isn't my first langguage XD

I keep tp in front of the door. Edit I found a better way for me personally to do it go down the stairs of the north storage stat to the right of the first pillar and look at the wall this worked best for me personally.

They also patched the swim out of bounds to finish the mission, did everything perfect, 2 million in the bag, dirtbike off the ramp into the ocean and no matter how far i swam out it didnt take me back. Edit: I swam too far down, you need to stay a bit closer to the surface.

Some of the comments imply this is patched or doesn't work. they are wrong I just pulled it of myself. The reason it seems patched is because its very hard to do first try. I mean you have to (in this order) press *q up up Esc up space up up esc left down enter esc*. It took me 3 hours just to do it the first time... the second time took me 4 minutes... its just muscle memory.
