shitty repairs like that suck! I think it's because at one point these buses weren't worth the cost to repair them correctly. The insurance company pays an amount for a repair to be done, but a shop can do it for cheaper than that, they cut a check to the customer for the difference and the customer gets some cash in their pocket and their car looks like its repaired fully. And honestly most people don't care about vehicles at all. It's just an appliance to get you from point A to point B, they just don't want to be seen driving something "unsightly" ..... You are doing some high quality work though, and your skills are only getting better man! Maybe if I watch enough of your videos, I might get the courage to cut into my bus LOL! Keep on keepn on!

awesome man, is there a reason you welded the vertical seam on the outside? I thought that is typically filled with seam sealer and the lip is spot welded on the inside of the panel ? Going to be doing this on mine at some point just trying to figure out your process and choices

I'm welding next to the seam. Retaining as much of the original seam as possible.
