Im not a veteran just a blue collar american but my father was in Vietnam and grandfathers in ww2. i got close but was denied by the marine corps for a petty thing. You are what a true marine in my eyes is. You should have been promoted for standing up and demanding account ability. I don't know why but it breaks my heart to see the men and woman who just lost their lives used as cannon fodder and not even have a chance to defend themselves. Seeing the taliban raise the flag like the brave marines did on iwo jima hit at my core and im not exactly sure why. I cant speak for all the American people but we have your back when it comes to demanding accountability from Washington. Hoping to see and hear more from you in the future. Two of my children were military also. We have been fighting too long. I had hoped that they would pull out but not this way. I understand when you ask for accountability. That will never happen.
