You don’t even look like you are 85kgs hey, I’m short 150 cm so when I was 82kgs a month ago I looked huge!!! and my BMI said I was morbidly obese so I decided I couldn’t eat myself into oblivion anymore now I’m 76kgs after a month I’m going to keep going till My BMI is at a healthy level. So I’m with you sis we can do this 💕

Sillie_ Mags I started intermittent fasting. so I ate between 12 pm and my cut off time was 8pm which is a 16 hour fast .I didn’t eat anything outside of that window. I drank water and green tea in And I exercised (in a fasted state). Also I make sure I drink 3l of water everyday. This month I’m going to start eating from 2pm to 6pm.
