For committing libel in California a lawyer can lose their license. Depending on the severity they can receive disciplinary actions up to disbarment. You can’t always blame the police for no action on a report. The do the leg work and present it to the DA. Hate to say it, but money can get the DA to not take it to trial! It’s not right, but it happens all the time. My mother is an attorney and I was her clerk to pay for college. In Oklahoma you can take your case to civil court and sue for damages. 99% of them are rewarded a monetary settlement. A lot of times the records are sealed.

I said it before and I'll say it again: he is despicable, deplorable, abhorrent, and putrid. I stopped looking further into what he did because I literally didn't have the stomach for it anymore. It drained my whole energy. I don't even want to think about it, hear about it or see a picture of him. He is truly VILE. But I will be watching the news when all evidence against him has been brought forward and he gets sentenced. And those victims get the justice they did deserved and were denied of for years. I recently saw a small clip that's a few seconds long about this one guy getting executed by lethal injection. And it made me wonder why few states/prisons are still doing the lethal injections. What qualifies certain prisoners to die that way? How do they choose who gets it? Why are some still operating? etc.
