I'm a little disappointed that the boost doesn't apply to Manifest Weapons if what I read on reddit is accurate. Still, from experience, I only take around an hour for Manifest Weapon leveling without the boost, so cutting off a few minutes per weapon is a minor advantage.

What's the best strategy/party for farming XP in Phase Shift? I've seen that Alter Ciel can kill most of the mobs in entrana Phase Shift, but not every one. Is Tiramisu a nice alternative? BTW it worth for leveling up from 80 to 100?

Tiramisu SA with 400 SPR can 1 hit all mobs at overworld expert, but not master. For Entrana AD, she can 1 hit phase shift no issues. lv 81 to 100 offers very little in terms of stats gain, just go slow imo.
