When i first attenoted to foght the boss i used like half if my over 2000 saved up vurrency (that i got FTP) and then i went back to it kater after beating the first oart of the story (not 1.5) and like, it was so easy somehow(apologies for dumping ny ien experinces in a more strategically based comment section(

I love most if not all bosses of AE can be beaten with free characters as well with some work around. But i will never understand why they make collab bosses hard even for end game players. I just find it strange making hard bosses from collabs knowing it might bring new players to the game and obviously those players won't be able to beath those bosses. Good example is with Octopath with the shadow boss which name i never bothered to learn. That boss is extremely hard for no reason. Even now i never beated and bothered again to try. It just locks away the ability to get one last SA character from Octopath.

because it would be lame for end game players? I am not saying the recent bosses have been good but it would be extremely boring otherwise.

not all, like the shade alter force for now can't be beat with free characters, and it's more possible for veteran players with a lot of gear and grinding to beat the newer bosses. tbf, we can wait for power creep to beat any boss, but that octopath boss will still in a pain even with power creep due to elemental requirements.
