They have such great service and don’t mind replacing stuff because they charged 20x what it should have cost to begin with

Sure…. But like, everything at HF is 1/10th of the cost and still has an unlimited lifetime warranty

Then snap on gets bought and they quickly turn to trash as they run the loyal customers into the ground.

Yeah but some snap on stuff is worth it considering it’s warranty and depends on what tool you buy if you use it a lot

What is your preferred brand of tire changer then?

@@Olsenspec well currently I just use some homemade tire spoons. but if I were to get a machine I'd get something used. but just like Snap on jacks, you can get all the same stuff cheaper just with a different sticker on it. I'm not going to spend 4 times the amount on something when I can buy 4 of the exact same piece of equipment with a different sticker on it.

@@678friedbed Interesting. We run a high end shop, so our machines must be touchless. There are only 4 models that we know of available for this exact specification. And all of them are right at 25-30k. Where can we source one for 12g new?

That is correct, they have a big plant in Crystal Lake, about an hour outside the CHI. Close enough for us!

Buy whatever tools make you happy. I have some strap on tools but i dont go out of my way to buy them. Usually way overpriced.

We agree! It is becoming more of an old school mentality nowadays. Actually pretty sad! People are less and less interested in taking accountability. Really sad stuff
