The worst part about the show in my opinion is that it wastes its setting. The era of the High Republic is one of the most violent periods of time in the Star Wars universe. There’s all these incredible stories that have been written in the form of books about all the different kinds of conflict going on in the High Republic era that the show could’ve adapted. Crafting an entirely new story and on top of that, calling the High Republic era, “a time of peace and prosperity” makes no sense to me.

I find it crazy how the knights of the old republic games are the last decent Star Wars spin off we would get till rogue one and even then Disney hasn’t really done shit with Star Wars beside the mandalrorian early seasons

If only there was a diverse castmember on the council who worked closely with Yoda, had a darker complexion, maybe had a name like a old medieval weapon, who had a well fleshed out backstory on a unforgiving jungle planet where he and his brother had to take on a settling force with a renamed force because the planet handnt been settled so they had to give it a name like jungle magic, that might have been a good story, but too bad we dont have a characters like that.
