I had a neck herniated disc years back and ongoing neck pain. A useful tip a physio told me about; I roll up my pillow into a cylinder {can use rolled up towel} and place neck over it, head back. Dont use a super fluffy, bulky pillow.

Just found your channel. I love it already. 😅 My boyfriend got one of those neck stretcher things for free from something at work & we hated it, too firm. Gave it to Goodwill, I think. Also, don't forget to clean things before use, you never know what yuckies are on them, especially those earrings & comb! I like to keep rubbing alcohol 70% in a small spray bottle & give my earrings or whatever a spritz to clean it quickly. 💚❤️🌻 The denture earrings 😂. I agree, they should be smaller.
