Hi Olga I too agree that dress looks absolutely gorgeous and the bolero makes the dress even more stunning. The ensemble looks beautiful on you. We call any open or button up sweater a cardigan. I guess a bolero or shrug is above the waist. Either way,its very pretty/ i love the shade of blue.

Hi Sandra, I probably wouldn't use this pattern for a baby blanket. The open spaces of this lacy stitch are quite big and tiny baby fingers or toes may get caught in them.
