Visa details +Application: visa.immigrati...
Passport details: immigration.go...
Upon arrival while visiting Lagos:
Get your NIN number
Renew you passport, if necessary. (NIN is required for this)
Get a bank card (NIN & BVN are required for this)
Get a SIM card or Mobile router (MTN is the provider I use). For a SIM card, if you have a Nigerian passport (active or inactive), you cannot get a SIM card without an NIN. For all other visitors, proof of passport is all you need.
All of the things mentioned above will give you a seamless transition into your Lagos travels. All of them are not necessary.
