Since the beginning of the human race, I believe, mankind always had that problem. Even if i live in a wealthy neighborhood, I will still put burglary bars on my property. So burglary bars are essential in this ever- changing world. So if you want your valuables stolen or broken into, don't put burglary bars on your property. Some people just don't like seeing their fellow man have the finer things in life. I guess jealousy, envy, are some of those emotions that has never left mankind.
