Maybe bur I feel like it wouldn't be as good because it may have different characters and we already know how to stop the calamity though I guess they could add a little twist and make it different but part of what made the show so great for me was the characters I can't imagine this show would be nearly as good with different characterz

I have no problem with horror animes, however this one was quiet good, im going off of how well done it is and how i liked it. Somehow im still the person who finds none of those horror things to be fearful, i kinda find it fun, and a bit suspenseful, but i haven't felt fearful of horror since i was 6, so many find me to be a scary person to watch/play horror with, i dont make a sound, which seems to scare my friends more then making noises.

The umbrella scene turned out to be the most unforgetable accident for me plus i watched it with my classmates at school everytime i saw a umbrella that looks like that they would say"wait isnt this the umbrella your afraid of?"as they laughed while i have to throw my umbrella away or the umbrella they show to me...how evil '^'

Also the opening theme song for Another sounds very similar if not the same as a different anime i've seen, whither it was the opening or closing theme song i cant recall, and since i've seen like 50 animes, it would be taxing to go back through them and pick a episode from each one to check this, i think it was a horror anime or maybe vampires or some kind of undead in it, if anyone can answer this i would be thankful, it's like when i hear the same voice actor for 2 characters, i just have to remember who the characters are, and i know other people are like this too. Also any anime recommendations are always welcome.

Ram Like I said in my original Comment, I'm NOT a horror fan. And Trust me! I KNOW Hellsing and Hellsing ultimate have Gory Deaths, because I watched the show. But getting stabbed through the mouth by an umbrella, Getting Smashed on the floor and Ceiling of an Elevator, That's messed up!!! Plus, did any of those characters deserve to die? In my opinion, No!
