I don't know what to say. Mine is mental health situation rather than physichal but important thing is to stay positive whatever happens. That's what keeps me going on. I can feel my body reacts badly whenever im in the sh1tty mood. My bowels gets restless, my stomach hurts, i feel tired af and can't even find the energy to do my daily chores. Just remember we are created to fight and survive so that's what we do. You will be allright just don't get upset over things you can't control. Keep positive brother i feel you.

Hey man. I was experiencing a very similar set of health issues and it turned out that my liver was not doing well. Enzymes were super high. I'm sure the docs have checked that but it made me feel terrible. Once they figured it out and got me on the right meds it made a world of difference. Praying for healing man. I love your content. I have the same symptoms as you. Im running from doctor to doctor but all test come back clear. I got this stuff for 1 1/2 year now. From experience i only can tell you its getting worse. I lost my job because of it and the doctora only tell me its long covid and it needs time. Thats just so frustrating☹️

Hey Zee, I'm not positive but I think my grandmother is going through the same situation as you. She had her operation June 6th and it really has torn her apart. She's 79 so that doesn't help she has to go through physical therapy to be able to walk on her own and do basic motor functions again even though the surgery wasn't even supposed to stop her from being able to do basic things. She's been back and forth between rehab and the hospital because every time she goes to rehab her condition worsens and then the hospital will help her get a bit better and it's just been an awful cycle. I hope both you and her can get better soon man.

Yep, I had exactly the same. I read somewhere that people with long Covid may have had glandular fever (mono) at some stage in their life and Covid triggered the virus off again. Once you trigger the Epstein Barr virus, it stay in your system long term. I’ve had big bouts of fatigue and light headedness since Covid which felt exactly like Glandular fever

Did you try walking every day? My best friend had a similar problem and he solved it by walking every day for 30-1hr 2 times, morning and evening and in a month he was back to his old self, maybe this would help you to if you are not already doing it.

Got long covid as well. Have it for 2 years now what s*cks but I can handle it better now. Things that help me are taking cold showers, helps your brain and gives you some energy and helps with brainfog so less sore eyes ect. Looking at screens also makes it worse so a tip would be to get screen glasses. Want to now more send me a message. Btw your content also helps me relax. Dealing with the same things, never used to take naps, hated them to be honest. Ever since I had covid im drained all the time, basically have to take a nap throughout the day to fully function. All my tests came back clear as well. :/

What a brutal video... For your health have you tried Ginseng also called "manroot" Ive had a big depression and when i came out of it i was tired all the time i couldnt focus and the daily tasks was even to much, then I started on ginseng every morning and within a couple of weeks i was almost back to normal... They come in pills, shots, and pure... I did the small shots and it really worked for me and its healty "just dont take to much otherwise you can get sick from it" but one pill or one shot ginseng everyday should help with the feeling of being tired
