The bracket that comes with the exhaust seems pretty pliable, I took some pliers and formed it around the exhaust so that it could be mounted correctly. Btw thanks for actually making a video of this bike, I wanted to wait until someone else did the exhaust mod before I attempted it. Next on the list is the speedodrd speedometer fix, the speedometer is off on these bikes by about 10mph

@@ryanm2745 yes, I bought a speedodrd U1 cable. It's $70 and available on Ebay, Amazon, and other places. The U1 is a universal cable, the other Speedodrd cables have connectors on them so you can just plug them into the existing speedometer cable. There isn't one that fits these particular Chinese bikes so you'll have to buy the U1 and splice the cable into the existing speedometer cable. There are 4 wires on the speedodrd cable, but only 3 wires on the speedometer cable. You'll have to do trial and error to see which ones to connect to what, I don't remember which wires I connected, just turn on the bike to see the instrument panel and roll the bike back and forth to see if the speedometer goes up. If it does then you did it right. Then you can program the speedodrd cable, there are KZbin videos to show you how. Before the fix I drove by a speed limit sign that clocked my speed, once at 54mph (actual speed was 45mph) and then at 72 mph (actual reading was 60mph), to figure the percentage that it was off. Mine was off by about -16.7%.

Also if the item you bought has 4 wires and the bike has 3, what did you do with the 4th wire? Did you connect it into one of the 3 on the bike?

You should heat wrap all the way it so It does not look like an abomination of a mod. Promise will look much cleaner and way better than what it is now plus you can further seal it. Just remove the exhaust plate and wrap it all the way to the motor.
