Welp, I was interested in the movie and the interview until in no time flat she went left-wing ideologue and started talking about Muslim refugees, a completely non-analogous situation.

publicanimal since when was it exclusively left wing to talk compassionately about refugees? Nothing wrong with being left wing of course. I just feel if that’s all you’ve taken away from this interview (and this film) then you should probably do some soul searching. I’m from jersey, I am so grateful to hear Bill and Louisa’s stories are finally being heard. Perhaps relating their situation to modern day issues such as the refugee crisis is something positive - it might help others relate to those who are in need, who are victims of terrible violence against them. We are supposed to learn from this film, what life of the oppressed, the persecuted and the abused are and how we can help people now and hopefully prevent it in the future.

publicanimal also lol I watched it back and she didn’t mention that they were Muslim. Of course a lot of refugees are at the moment but not exclusively.

@@Chillypepper7451 Muslims are very violent but at least they are not as bad as blacks. Blacks are the worse.
