Since these homes are built on a concrete foundation, I assume that this development is not in a flood zone?

@@CageyLeigh Hi, Ken! 99.9% of homes in our area are built on concrete slab because we are at sea level and there's not much room to go deep with a crawl space or basement. And, this particular community is not in a Flood Zone.
