I love this home. The lux touches are great. The only things I DIDN'T like were the electrical outlets on the tile backsplash. As a kitchen designer, this is a pet peeve for me. I prefer LeGrande outlets up under the backs of the cabinets. Plus under-cabinet LED lighting makes the look really custom! I'm planning to move to NC in the next few months. We'll be looking at your homes!

Do you have the plans to this house I would change the masters washroom and cupboard color also the shelving unit beside the fireplace also I would install a dog shower in the garage what my changes are would be cosmetic The entire house is beautiful overall and the layout is perfect in many ways I would love the plans to this house I've looked at 100s of houses and this is the one that stands out the most to me

Mr. Palmer if I live in North or South Cal, I would have u to build my home I love how neat an clean and action-to-detail there is one thing I’m bout sure of do all your rooms are like 10 by 12 I would want a larger living room space and the lane is a little to small,I sure wish I could get these questions answered,but you really know how turn a house out.

The Hillier and its 3559 heated and if you finish the basement you have 2075 total under roof which includes porches, garage, and unfinished portion of basement is 7836sf.

I can't understand why the master closet is behind the bathroom. That's a deal breaker. I don't want to walk through a bathroom to get to my closet. That really needs to be re-worked in the floor plan. What if one person is using the facility and the other needs to access the closet? Nope, not a good lay-out
