If a woman has an abortion in Texas, they will charge her with murder and give her the death penalty. A couple of months ago , a man tried to give his wife a miscarriage and the court gave him 3 months. Huston you are the problem.

I agree with you that situations like this need to be managed better. Allowing medical care in situations like this is essential. It isn't an abortion if the baby isn't viable. I'm assuming you all agree that we need an abortion ban on the 95.9% of abortions that are on healthy babies where the mother is in no danger. Where the reason for abortion is elective reasons. I think we are in agreement.

Nope. We don't all agree with abortion bans, at all. Every abortion can be looked at as a medical decision - pregnancy is NOT health neutral. Every pregnancy risks the woman's health and life. Every pregnancy to delivery causes permanent changes/damage to the woman's body. Every pregnancy should be the woman's choice.

Politicians are not doctors. They haven't examined the patient. Most have neither a medical education nor a license to practice. They have no place in this decision.
