I visited the Phillipines last year, Manila, the people are so kind and friendly I love them and made so many friends I still stay in touch with ....but SO many guns everywhere! In the local shops, restaurants guards with big guns! Very intimidating and unlike all the other Asian countries I have visited. The USA of Asia I think with all those guns! Great unboxing ❤️

Was that one that you were excited due to bonus plants...were they actually keikis (attached to the mother plant as basal keikis) or just several small plants in the same pot. It would be unusual at that size to get a true keiki. Just curious.

what a lovely collection! What size pot did you buy for the Phal violacea var borneo (Bellina)?

+sesameluv Thank you very much... My Phal. bellina's pot size is supposed to be in the 2.5 but they sent it to me in 4.25 inch pot instead. I'm not complaining because upon further inspection I noticed that it has flowered before and there's a spike started to poke out... I'm so excited about that, hehe!

Great haul - you have quite the collection. Talking small...that is the main complaint I hear on their plants...so very small and the second is not being well establish and being wobbly in pots due to roots not well established. Personally, I don’t want to wait 3-4 yrs to get to blooms. Plants coming from a greenhouse environment, you would think would be larger. It is weird that some growers have large plants compared to others (in same plants) who are half the size. It really depends on what your pay for it and your age and ability to pay a little more to get blooms in a year as opposed to 3-4 or even 5 or 6. If they don’t grow fast in the greenhouse, won’t grow fast in house. That last plant was very big. Are you in the states..are you talking about tent caterpillars that make the big nests in the trees as opposed to silk worms (don’t think we have them here).

Hi rosebudforglory, I went to Chicago and visited Orchids By Hausermann's nursery in person and it's a dream come true for me. They have lots of variety of orchids and sizes.
