Looking at your headline, you were definitely weren't crap. I think to some degree after the brilliant season you had to get to the Prem, you are just getting a reality check. Which believe me is a good thing its now vs later. I know its disappointing to lose, but I think when the dust settles you will feel better about some of your play today etc. I know we will as that wasn't our best performance and thats down to you. I thought your pressing game was spot on I am sure Kompany will be reassessing tactics for the Spurs game like how to neutralize both Starr and Bissouma as thats the engine of the team. Good luck with the rest of your season, looking forward to seeing you smash it in the Prem too

Villa fan here, the first 10-15 mins of the 2nd half really had me scared, you were on top and playing very well. Put a performance like that in for a full 90 and you'll have no problems staying up. Wishing you the best for the season
