Fixing a sticky zipper is super easy. Run a candle or beeswax along the teeth and then run it back and forth a few times. You can also use a pencil and run some graphite between the teeth. It'll move smoothly after that.

Oh yes, I do those tricks often ☺️ This issue is very different, they don’t help a wavy zipper that has been sewn incorrectly.

Thanks! If something annoys me on a bag, I just don’t use it. On this one it’s the strap and the zipper. Che had a good idea to just use it as a catch all for a bigger bag 🙂

I picked up a Poppy in Coldbrew and loved it, so I got another in Bacalar. The zipper tape on the Nutmeg items is ugly, I definitely agree! I also agree the long strap is annoying and I wish they'd included a shorter strap so I'll have to go shopping for something apropos. I never heard of the S-Zone line so thanks for the tip on those!

Nice comparison. I think Poppy is too small for me, but I can see it as an organization pouch when I travel 😅 I always add extra holes on their straps, and I do prefer a wider strap. Szone has some great quality bags too!

Oh no. I'm sorry it wasn't a comfortable carry. That zipper would drive me bonkers. lol. I'm so glad you did a review though 'coz I have heard the Nutmeg is super floppy....not sure if I would like it that much if the traps are also too soft. Nice shape of the bag though & you can really fit enough essentials. TFS. 😍

I have 4 bags and originally loved PLG. I'm finding, however, that they just don't hold up well and scratch easily. After only 3 months of using my toaster bag, it looks like I've had it for a couple of years. It's disappointing because I love the styles. I'm moving on to vegan cactus leather.

I’m sorry that happened. I had the same issue with my tote in Sedona leather, I did a video on it. It looked awful after just a couple uses, but one of my viewers purchased it from me and was happy with it.
