there was another man has passed away while in Marcy Edward Sholtz age 22 dec 17 when they sent him to the hospital the doc got his girlfriend was called on the 20th and told he was brain dead I will look it up again and send you a notice of it ok

So I’ve been here in Va beach since 85 and unfortunately have spent many yrs in that jail (and I know of the Baptiste guy) The beach hasn’t released any footage because they never do! People here don’t balk against the law like in California etc. maybe it’s cause we are a commonwealth not exactly sure. But those guards used to be rough in the 90’s but when the cameras came in like 2002 they stopped beating inmates up in common areas.I have many stories of those guards beating up inmates that place is cray cray
