I meant to upload this on Halloween, but I forgot. :P It's just something I've had sitting on my computer for a while, updating it in my free time.
As you can probably tell, this video is meant to be much less serious than my last evil laugh compilation. I used to be really into stuff like that, but for this video, I just did it for fun. Not that I don't like evil laughs anymore, it's just that, for this video, I wanted to focus more on funny clips, like the one from League of Super Evil.
