@@cleaningchief I know that I Using the same . But the machine end starter bit is different . Anyway I’ve sort it myself today ( sold my Storm few days ago and now using my back up HX. It’s a toy compare to the Storm but still provide decent results

Yeah that’s the name of the male connector on the lid of my HX400 The HX has same vacuum power as the storm. It’s basically his baby brother !! 👍🏼💪🏼

@@cleaningchief yea the suction is great , the pumps is no comparable .also need to refill and empty literally after every couple of bedrooms . I’m sure I’ll get used to it
