protection abusing is when you have protection on (either when you spawn or use an ATM, dealer, etc) and use it to pull out a shotgun, magnum, or wtv and get out of protection to get a cheap kill. usually it doesn't work a good portion of times but for when it does it's pretty damn annoying

HL mk 2 is OP but Sbl mk3 is pretty bad because it does like 22 damage and is hard to land you're shots since it flings you're enemy pretty far but not high in the air.

Okay i dont want to get on this but here's my theory : Cyber is probably EXPERIENCED at the game like A LOT. Meaning they have good aim , more knowledge (meaning which weapons to use , parkour spots and other possibilities they can take a lot of advantages). and possibly , has a lot of money and a higher level (which they censored.) This might be the reason why they are hiding their level and money. They're hiding their information so that not only players can try to gain track and can possibly know. But also Crim Devs may also try to false ban them due to them being too powerful. Sorry for writing all of this but this is i can try to know of.
