Not many would be able to achieve this position but that would be the 4 category title. This can be done in Jamaica and campaigning for the artists of interest can have their votes out plus a body of industry professional coordinate the ceremony on a specific day (preferably the day when Reggae started) people would be able tune in globally and watch the ceremony and everybody happy ..... good for the culture cementing dancehall to a whole new level great for business also.
