For the stripe leg jump suit just fold the strap under at the back and stitch it x

Just fold over the strap to the inside part of the fabric in the back (hope it makes sense) and sew it with a few stiches! It does wonders, you cant even notice that it is altered and you don't have to ditch the whole jumpsuit!
