Gorgeous Bond editions Joe. Casino Royale is a great Daniel Craig/Bond film. Mads Mikkelson plays a perfect villain. Just if you want to get in the mood for the novels... Picked up a copy of Barchester Towers - convinced by you and Steve. Will be first Trollope and looking forward too it.

Aakkk! I hated the Rabbit books! I read them because the 3rd and 4th books won the Pulitzer Prize, so I felt obligated to read the first two. Glad you have recovered from your migraine. That sounds awful.

Been reading some of Orwell’s essays lately. Very good and worth a read if you haven’t. I’d love to read a bio. I wanna read some of those 007 books too! Edit: I see you have read some of the essays - I noticed that he breaks his own rule about foreign words nonstop 😂
