Thank for the comment and thanks for watching. Just pulled some BBQ ribs out of the deep freeze heated them up in the air fryer. That pound of ribs cost me $2.00 on sale, the son-in-law smoked then I vacuum sealed and froze them. They would have been $22.00 at the BBQ place. Most people can make money they just have a problem hanging on to it.

It's gotta be nice knowing you've got a bunch of home-made meal-ready options for breakfast, lunch and dinner 👌

It really is nice. The cost of the food is low and quality is high. We like guacamole and I didn’t know until recently you can freeze it. Just packaged 24 eight oz bags to freeze. That size bag will thaw in fifteen minutes.

Not to be contrary, but what is the point of making these if they take longer to reheat in boiling water than they would to make fresh? I like the idea of meal preps and freezing, but it doesn’t make sense to me with an egg dish. I guess if you want them premade for a larger group of people, that makes sense. Can you microwave them? That would at least be a time saver.

Hugh in the morning when I’m not at my best I put the fire on underneath my breakfast and get dressed watch the news and gather up things I need for the day that I forgot the night before. After the water boils I pull the bag and cut it open and eat. If I cooked the sausage and the egg I would have to watch it and not get my other things done. An egg dish can be cooked quick but the sausage cooked at a reasonable temp would triple the prep time. I like the way the boiling water heats the breakfast over the microwave but to each his own. You can certainly heat it up in the microwave. My main goal in prepping food in this manner is to eat something I like that tastes good. Since I got my vacuum sealer I have saved hundreds if not thousands of dollars on meals. Buy an Egg McMuffin damn near five bucks. At lunchtime some days I have a one pound ribeye and mashed potatoes cost me $6.95 go out and buy that maybe 24.95 with crappy service plus a tip. Most people can make money very few of them can hang on to it. Thank you for watching and the comment. Hope you and your family have a great New Year.

@@cookingintheshopwithmark1222 sounds reasonable to me. Saves on cleaning a pan every time too.
