Turo is becoming more renter friendly and it’s destroying hosts financially because they don’t care nor want to listen to recommendations from hosts on how to prevent such things They reduced smoking fees and keep people on platform who smoke willfully in your vehicle They rarely payout cleaning fees They don’t remove bad renters again They’re going to remove the 1 strongest tool to mitigate renters which is request to approve It’s honestly challenging as a Turo host in which if they’re not careful, they’ll lose all the bigger hosts to Uber if they’re competitive and host friendly I feel your pain homie but don’t give up!

I used to host a turo but left the platform bc the customers they don’t take care of the vehicle. I had scratches, door dents, and bust tires. Dealing with Turo is a struggle, they care more about the customers than a host.

I shared on another one of Antonio's videos about a renter that has had my car in the shop since the 3rd. I am missing out on Christmas and New Year's prices. Wow. People suck. This is why I switched over to Uber Carshare. The guests go through a soft credit check process and need a credit card to rent from hosts. Also age is 21+ wow and they smoked with pets. They did everything wrong. Another reason I left Turo they went down on their smoking fee as where Uber‘s fee is $500. Wishing you better luck! People suck

I took pictures every two trips if nothing changes between rentals... they denied my cleaning charge of pet hair and smoking with good legit pictures to show the aftermath of my terrible unconciderate renter... plain as day to see.. I sold my cars and I'm out.. one time I submitted a claim after three years with three vehicles I totally fed-up... I hate when the people you work for don't have your back
