Without s. It's eazier. I want to become smart in the linguistics field, but I believe there's still a long way to go. Some people think I'm genious, but I strongly disagree: there are still so many things I don't know; every day I find new and amazing things I never knew!

Hi dear Mark, I used to watch your fantastic videos in the morning when I was having a simple breakfast before going to work. But recently I had to prepare myself by listening to British accent, so I've seen British video in the morning 🤕. I really missed you and your videos. I watch your videos not for learning English, actually it was my first goal but after a while watching your videos became a part of my morning routine and I really enjoyed it. Thank you😇

Hey Mark! Thanks for the explanation. Examples of whizz: - Cars whizzed by in Casablanca Highway. - when I was young, I was a mental calculation whizz. Take care!

Glad to hear from you again after 2 weeks. 🙂 You work so hard to teach us English and deserve a good break. TQ. In SG, we use wiz (short for wizard) or whiz; the latter can also mean moving rapidly. Perhaps, whizz is American. However, I love it for having an effect similar to words like buzz, fuzz...

Hi, I'm a whizz in creating problems on my arse with different useless things. For example, today I spent my evening making an apple wine just for (doubtful, or who knows?) fun instead of learning English😁 I whizzed around buckets with apples and a squeezer at nice music hoping for a miracle that it turns out good in the end. Thanks a lot for the lesson, dear, take care🤗

Hi, Mark and everybody. As usual I throw my two cents, guessing about the origin of the word. Whizz might occur after the flies or similar insects, whizzing by the ear. They make that exact sound.
