Soothing Touch lip balm, Pacifica lip gloss, a red lip stick, powder compact, Flint roller (thanks for the suggestion!), a little comb for my bangs, poo bags for impromptu walks with the pup, a reusable bag, Pacifica lotion, and a couple of tampons.

I love those flint rollers. I do dog rescue and also have 3 of my own dogs... german Shepherd being the one who covers me the most in her hair. Needless to say my life is full of dog hair. So I have several of these. In my purse, my car and in the house! I love that you can retract them and they are covered and compact.

I love that retractable lint roller, totally ordering! I always carry a full size regular one and it just sticks to everything in my bag and I hate it. My daily-life must haves are: full size planner (I like the larger ones because I can take more detailed notes), note pad, hand sanitiser, fountain pen, large sharpie (you just never know when you're going to have to write on something that isn't paper), Simply Gum, a taser (because why not, honestly), my fave Ray Ban wayfarers, headphones of some kind, and a travel coffee mug! There are other bits and pieces that I like to have, but those change regularly.

I always carry a small bag inside my ruc sac containing a face mist, a makeup sponge, lip balm, concealer, eye drops and pills for my anxiety (I feel so much better carrying them around, knowing they're there if my day goes to shit, even if I don't actually use them). Oh and I always bring a book, you never know if you'll get stuck somewhere or if you'll have to wait for someone.

I love this! That bag is like the tardis it fits so much stuff! I love the teeny little perfume bottle. The only sort of wild card item I have in my bag at the moment is some biodegradable leopard print dog poo bags for scooping up after my furbabies and a can of wd40..... because why not?

I think that's a relax-o-ring from Saje. It's just a massage ring. I really enjoy them and have insisted that every female friend I have own one. They're really great for anxiety/stress or just a quick distraction. I keep a fidget cube in my purse for the same purpose. Other than that I only keep very basic necessities in my bag. My favourite thing to keep in my bag is rose water in a spray bottle. So light, beautiful and refreshing! I love that it can serve as a setting spray, a quick pick-me-up and a light fragrance that isn't too perfumey and doesn't leave you with an aura or announce you before you enter a room. It's just perfect! 🌹💦

Oooh lip scrub on the go! Bold! And its ulnar tunnel syndrome (similar to carpal, just different area) and typically do wear a brace when its flaring up but take it off for videos... this time it was just too sore to remove for vanity's sake haha. This one was just from a drugstore i think... i don't like those beige ones either, they always look grubby don't they? x

I really like the elderberry and echinacea first thing in the morning. That stuff got me to stop drinking coffee, I like it that much! And then throughout the day lemon, ginger and manuka honey is the bomb. I also like that there's no plastic packaging for pukka teas. There's the cardboard box and the paper sachets on individual bags, but no shitty non-recyclable cellophane outer wrap.

I always keep my glasses cleaner, case and a spare contact (I wear dailies) so if one tears and I managed to forget my glasses I have a backup 😂
